The acquisition of a good through this site implies the unconditional acceptance of the conditions of sale. These conditions of sale will prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly approved by BioKankan.
Object
BioKankan reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer. The photographs in the catalog are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure a perfect similarity with the product offered, in particular with regard to the colors.
Prices
The prices appearing in the catalog are prices including all taxes in euros taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order; any change in the rate may be reflected in the price of the products or services.
BioKankan reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.
The prices indicated do not include transport and delivery costs as long as they take place in the geographical areas provided below.
Geographical area
The products and services presented on the site may be sold worldwide. However, the delivery costs are set only for shipments in France. For other countries, please contact Bio Kankan in order to know the delivery conditions.
Availablity
The offer of products sold by BioKankan is valid while stocks last.
However, the internet stock being common to that of the store, it may happen that an item noted in stock is sold in parallel in the store, despite the fact that BioKankan takes care to update its site as often as possible.
If you order an article indicated in stock on the site but it is already sold, BioKankan will notify you by e-mail or by telephone of the immediate unavailability of this article and indicate the approximate time of restocking in order to know if you wish to continue or cancel the order for this product.
Orders
The buyer, who wishes to buy a product or a service, must:

Payment terms
The price is payable when ordering. The goods remain the property of Bio Kankan until full payment of the sums due.
Payment can be made by card or via Paypal, only for people residing in France.
The buyer just has to place his order on the site and specify that the payment will be made by check. Your order will therefore be put aside and sent upon receipt of it, made payable to Anne Kandel - BioKankan. This reservation will only be valid 8 days after your internet order. After this period, the reserved items will be put back on sale.
An invoice will be sent to him by email showing the VAT. If the buyer wishes to receive a paper invoice, he must specify this in a comment when placing his order or by return email when confirming the order.
Delivery - deadline
The order is processed and shipped in general within three days of receipt of payment, BioKankan then informs you by e-mail of its departure and gives you the package number. Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the order form which can only be in the agreed geographical area.
For France (mainland), the delivery time is 48 hours. In the event of a delay, please report it to BioKankan on the day of receipt of the package because only the sender can make the complaint.
Guarantee
All the products supplied by the seller benefit from the legal guarantee provided for by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.
In the event of non-compliance of a product sold, it may be returned to the seller who will take it back, exchange it or reimburse it.

Complaint - withdrawal
Buyers benefit from a withdrawal period of fourteen days from the delivery of their order (delivery date of the post office being taken) to return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty. Return costs (unless BioKankan makes an error) are your responsibility.
Items must be new and in their original packaging.
